1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the g222 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and users registered on it ("Member", "you", "your"). Creating an account on g222, accessing the platform, or using any service means you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these complete Terms.
g222 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption technology and operates on a fair play basis.

2 Account Registration
When creating an account on g222, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If an account is created with false or misleading information, that account may be cancelled at any time and any associated balance or bonus may be forfeited.

- Each individual may create only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- The name on the account must match the name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
- It is the member's own responsibility to keep the account password secure — it must not be shared with any third party.
- If unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected on the account, g222's support team must be notified immediately.
- Transferring or selling an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
g222 may request valid identification or other documents from you at any time for identity verification (KYC). We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.
3 Age Limit & Eligibility
g222 is for those aged 21 and above only. No one under this age may use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
If it is found that a member is underage, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings in that account will be forfeited. g222 is committed to protecting minors from gaming and strict action will be taken in any suspected case.
4 Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposits
Three payment methods are accepted for deposits on g222 — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The name on the depositing account must match the name on the g222 account. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals
The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are used for withdrawals from g222. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours, but may take longer in cases of identity verification or other security reviews.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
g222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which should be read carefully before accepting.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times, applicable only on the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000
- Example: ৳12,000 deposit → bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → total ৳22,000
- Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings
5.2 General Bonus Usage Terms
- A bonus is applicable only to the account in which it has been credited.
- If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be cancelled.
- Whether multiple bonuses can be used together is stated in the terms of each offer.
- g222 reserves the right to withdraw or change any bonus at any time.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the entire account being cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
The g222 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are offered at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
You can move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. Each tier has its own additional benefits and applicable terms.
6 Gaming Rules
All games on g222 are conducted on a fair play basis. It is the member's responsibility to read the rules of each game before starting.
6.1 Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is evidence of a technical error.
- Once the result of a game is determined, g222's decision will be considered final.
- If a game is left incomplete due to network disconnection, it will be settled in accordance with g222's own policy.
- In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to standard industry norms.
6.2 Technical Issues
If abnormalities appear in game results due to software, hardware, or network errors, g222 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. Any abnormal payout generated by faulty software will be considered void.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g222 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using artificial bets or any other fraudulent method to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access with the intent to weaken account security
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Depositing into an account using third-party funds
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or the platform's system
- Harassing or intimidating other members or staff
8 Account Suspension & Closure
g222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious financial transactions
- Non-cooperation with the identity verification (KYC) process
- In accordance with the directives of regulatory authorities
- In cases of prolonged inactivity on the account
8.1 Account Closure by Member
If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact g222's support team. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9 Responsible Gaming
g222 encourages members to develop healthy and responsible gaming habits. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a solution to financial problems.
